Kyle Kinateder

Kyle serves as the Executive Director for the Schertz Economic Development Corporation (SEDC). Born and raised in Provo, Utah, Kyle has been in Texas and with the City since 2012.  As Executive Director Kyle is responsible for the management of daily activities and program for the SEDC. Kyle’s professional background consists of an Bachelors degree and a Master’s degree in City and Metropolitan Planning from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. Moving with his wife to San Antonio Kyle served as Vice President for the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation (SAEDF) before accepting the position as Executive Director for the SEDC. Kyle has completed several business related post-secondary training courses to enhance his skills in economic development and as a leader for the City.

Jennifer Kolbe

Business Retention Manager

Jennifer serves as the Business Retention Manager. Jennifer’s responsibilities include working with existing businesses, workforce development initiatives, and representing the SEDC at various chamber and business related meetings. Jennifer is a native of South Texas. Jennifer has extensive economic development experience having worked for the La Vernia Municipal Development District, the Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc., and other positions involving economic development activities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from Texas Lutheran University and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.

Patty Horan

Patty serves as the Executive Assistant for the Schertz Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) since 2010.  She is responsible for the management of daily office operations as well as administering the business community outreach program for the SEDC. Born and raised in El Salvador, Patty’s professional background consists of more than 20 years of experience working in various office environments ranging from medical, manufacturing, retail, social services, military and local governments.  She earned an Associate Degree of Science in Business Management from Polk State College in Florida.

Drew Vincent

Analyst

Drew serves as the Economic Development Analyst for the SEDC. Drew’s educational background consists of a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Kansas. Drew brings a variety of public sector experiences to his role, having worked in economic development as well as emergency management in Waco, Texas and data analysis/public budgeting for the City of Kansas City, Missouri. He is responsible for technical analysis, report production, database creation/maintenance, and serving as internal liaison to City departments.
