Two designated areas, the Schertz Business Park and Tri-County Business Park, offer various spaces and options for your relocation or expansion. A third development, the Verde Enterprise Business Park, is a new 392 acre development adjacent to the Tri-County Business Park along IH 35. The department can also help you match your needs to available spaces. Each park is appropriately zoned to accommodate nearly any light industrial, manufacturing or office operation.
