  • It’s no secret that Schertz has experienced consistent development over the past decade. The future of the Schertz region looks just as bright. The San Antonio – Austin Corridor, the 80 mile stretch of Interstate 35 that runs between these two metros and encompasses Schertz, is projected to experience a population boom. With 30% growth expected by 2030, the San Antonio – Austin Corridor has incredible potential for companies looking to locate in the area.
