The Schertz Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) operates under specific state laws that authorize how the SEDC can promote economic development.  Throughout the San Antonio region there are a number of economic development organizations that act as partners to fulfill those economic development objectives that lie outside the SEDC’s authorized area of responsibility. The following is a list of local organizations that provide services for networking and business development, workforce training, starting and running a business, and international trade.
